I bring practical and innovative fundraising solutions to nonprofits.  My approach to building capacity has empowered board members, staff, and volunteers by taking the fear and mystery out of fundraising.  For almost 30 years, I have worked with small and large nonprofits implementing strategies that increase individual and corporate giving, cultivation and stewardship involvement, and identifying new opportunities.  I am passionate about helping board members identify where their natural skill set will help further fundraising efforts.

I was a founder of the Interim Development Director (IDD) team at the Nonprofit Association of Oregon.  The IDD team at NAO served the community for over a decade.  I continue to serve at NAO as a Verified Business Associate which includes consulting and interim services.
