A Year In Review
As 2018 comes to a close, I pause to think about all that has happened over the past year - and what a year it has been!
In my work as a consultant, I've had the pleasure to providing guidance and training to an assortment of amazing non-profits in our community, all of which were an honor to serve.
One of the things I like to reflect upon, is a celebration of my successes and "lessons learned." Below is one handy tool I found to help me assemble my thoughts and I encourage you to take a look at your own accomplishments over the past twelve months. I believe it is an important exercise to move forward into the next year so I can do my best for my clients:

Where were you most satisfied in your efforts this year? (happiness leaves clues)
Where were you bravest this year? Where did you grow the most?
What do you want to continue in the next year? (think projects / actions / commitments / mindsets)

What did you want to do, but didn’t? Why not?

It is easy to lose site of what has already happened but I believe you can learn from the celebrations of accomplishment in order to take it to the next level.
